Ans- Admin can avail two types of balance-

Virtual Balance (Software balance)
There is no need to get the virtual balance from anywhere as it is complete software. The Admin can transfer unlimited software balance to the downline members (master distributor, distributor, and retailer)
Actual Balance (API Balance)
Recharge is done only through actual balance. That is why Admin has to take actual balance from the API balance provider.

Ans- Yes, you can install another API in this software but only for the use of recharge. For this Admin has to pay one-time fees deposit.

Ans- In the rental based software, we don’t provide such service. However, Admin can get the dedicated application for making the changes according to him.

For any user, Admin can cap the balance. No user can go below the capped balance after setting the limit.

Ans- Yes, Admin can directly transfer the balance to any user. But no other user is allowed to transfer the balance to others; they can only transfer to the downline users.

Ans- Yes, Admin is allowed to reverse the balance of any user however users cannot reverse the balance.

Ans- Yes, retailer can send balance/fund request to Company Admin. He can also send the fund request to his Distributor.

Ans-Yes, the retailer can make complaints about any kind of recharge.

This software has all type of API switching like

Overall operator wise switching
User wise switching
Amount wise switching

In this software, you have the option of back up API. If any recharge got to fail in the API, it is automatically sent to the Backup API. However, if recharge is failed in back up API, it finally gets failed in the software also.

Ans- Yes, Admin can switch off or on the operator of any user.

Ans- Yes, if Admin wants he can map any user to any other user but with the same post. Admin can change the user position but cannot change the post.

Ans- Yes, Admin can manually change the success and failure of the processed recharge. The condition is that he can only change success recharge to failure while this software does not allow changing the failure recharge into success.

Ans- Yes, Admin can check daily report or date wise reports related to business volume, total user margin, total profit and the total number of successful recharge.

Ans- Yes, in this software Admin can check user wise and post wise business.

Ans- Yes, in certain conditions you have to bear extra charge. You will be charged if you want to use SMS for recharge. For this, you have to install a long code and have to take Bulk SMS services to update users from SMS. And if transaction volume is high, then to maintain DB you have to pay the extra charge.

Ans- Hosting charges are included in the monthly rent. However, if the number of transactions is high, the database gets full. In such situation you need to maintain a DB or take a SQL license version, both of them are chargeable.
